Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-09-28
This policy covers binventor.com. Each app we publish has its own policy, linked from its store listing, because each app collects different things. We keep both as short and as plain as we can.
Who is responsible
Binventor is made by Thoai Ngo in Da Nang, Vietnam. She looks after your data here — write to hello@binventor.com.
What we collect on this website
If you join the launch list: your email address, the date you confirmed it, and nothing else. We ask you to confirm the address by clicking a link, so nobody can add you without your knowledge.
If you send us a message: your name, your email address and the message itself, so we can reply.
When any page loads: our hosting provider records the request — IP address, time, page, browser — for security and to keep the site running. These records are deleted automatically within a few days.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not profile you, and we do not sell or rent anything to anyone.
Why we may do this
We send launch emails on the basis of the consent you give when you confirm your address. We answer your messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us. We keep the site online and free of abuse on the basis of our legitimate interest in security.
Who else sees it
Resend delivers our email. They process the address and message content needed to send it.
Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check on our forms. They process the request data described above.
Both are in the United States, so your data leaves Europe. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and our agreements with both companies include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. That is what makes the transfer lawful.
Nobody else. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we only hand anything to an authority when the law obliges us to.
How long we keep it
Launch list: until you unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.
Messages you send us: up to 24 months, so we can follow up on an earlier conversation.
Server records: a few days, then they are deleted automatically.
Our apps
Our apps are built to keep your content on your device wherever that is possible. Where an app does send something to a server, its own privacy policy says exactly what and why, and that policy is linked from the app's page in the App Store and on Google Play.
Purchases and subscriptions run through Apple and Google. They handle your payment details; we never see your card.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to pause what we do with it, ask for it in a file you can take elsewhere, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@binventor.com and we will answer within 30 days. You do not need an account with us to ask, and asking costs nothing.
If you joined the launch list, you can withdraw that consent whenever you like — the unsubscribe link in every email does it in one click. Withdrawing does not undo anything we sent before.
If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we handled your data badly, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to hello@binventor.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change matters to people on the launch list, we email them about it.
Policies for each app
Each of these covers one app, from the moment you install it.
