How a round goes

From dusk to the morning vote.

  1. Dusk

    Set the table

    Count the players, pick a village, check the sound. Roles are dealt in secret as the phone goes round.

  2. Night

    The narrator takes over

    “Werewolves, open your eyes…”

    Each role gets its turn on the phone. Woolvale remembers who was saved, who was seen and who is gone.

  3. Morning

    Talk, then vote

    Woolvale tells the village what happened, counts the votes your way, open, secret or quick count, and calls the winner.

Woolvale has no account, no ads and no analytics. Player names and photos never leave the phone. The only thing that does is the record of a purchase, with no name or email on it.

Before your first game.

Does someone still have to be the host?

No. The phone hosts. Everyone at the table gets a role, including the person who owns the phone.

Do we need internet?

No. The narrator ships inside the app, so a game runs offline once Woolvale is installed.

Is there a subscription?

No. Full Village is one payment of $3.99, in your local currency. The free version stays free.

Can everyone hear the narrator?

Woolvale plays through the phone speaker even on silent. A Bluetooth speaker helps in a loud room.

How many players do we need?

At least 5. The free version takes up to 8, Full Village up to 18.

I bought Full Village on another phone.

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple or Google account.
